PEACE OF MIND
Our Peace of Mind Plan guarantees a full refund on all trip payments in the event of a cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours before the trip. This excludes the cost of the plan fee itself. During the course of a trip, if a passenger has to return home due to illness or a death in the immediate family, the plan fee guarantees a refund on any unused portion of the tour.

You can browse upcoming trips here on our website and reserve your spot by calling us at 604-542-5566 or toll free at 1-877-277-5577. A deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking for most tours. We accept cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer.
We offer a variety of trips ranging from relaxed cultural tours to active adventures, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Please check the specific trip details for activity levels and requirements. It may be possible to bring mobility aids on some tours, but guests must be able to board and disembark the coach unassisted. Please call our office to discuss your needs and any accessibility concerns.
In most cases, yes! We’re happy to accommodate common dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options. Please call our office with your specific requirements so we can confirm arrangements for your tour. Note: Some of our tours travel to remote areas where certain dietary requests may be more challenging to fulfill, please inquire for more information.
Our tours include taxes, home pick-up and drop-off service, deluxe coach (with washroom), accommodations, Ageless Adventures tour guide, guided activities, select meals, included meal gratuities, in-tour transportation, baggage handling.
Absolutely! Our tours are ideal for solo travelers. You’ll have the opportunity to meet like-minded adventurers and share unforgettable experiences together. With our small group sizes, you’ll enjoy a personalized, relaxed atmosphere — and you’ll always feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for.
All tours start and finish in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. We provide home (or hotel) pick-up and drop-off within the Lower Mainland (including Abbotsford). On the morning of departure, we'll arrange a taxi to collect you and bring you to the coach meeting point. You will be dropped off at home by taxi at the end of the tour. If you are joining us from outside of the Lower Mainland contact our office – we will be happy to assist you with hotel stays before or after the tour and any other arrangements to make your journey a smooth one.
We typically limit groups to a maximum of 25 guests to keep tours personal and manageable. Some departures run with smaller groups; any size limits are noted in the brochure.

We offer an in-house cancellation protection plan called the Peace of Mind Plan (available on most tours). It guarantees a full refund of trip payments (excluding the nonrefundable plan fee) for cancellations for any reason up to 48 hours before departure. If you must leave a tour early due to illness or an immediate family bereavement, the plan refunds the unused portion of the tour. For more information see our Info page.
